Carrier & Costs

We deliver products across Europe using CTT Portugal / UPS depending on your location.

We offer free shipping across Europe on purchases over 100 Euro. 

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location.

The shipping times stated here are only estimates, and are dependent on the shipping location. Shipping times are counted from they day your order has been processed. We cannot guarantee delivery within the estimate time, and are not responsible for any delays. We aim to process your order within the next working day, but during busy times this might take longer. Working days do not include the weekends (Sat and Sun) or any national holidays.

In case your parcel was not able to be delivered (because of your absence or in the case that the carrier was not able to find the address), it will be placed at a DHL Pick-up point for a certain time. In case it is not picked up by you within 10 working days, the parcel will be returned to sender (our headquarter in Portugal). In this case we will have to wait until the parcel reaches us again, to be able to resend it to you one more time after making sure that all the data we have is correct. Please understand that we will have to charge you for a second shipment in case your shipping parcel auto-returned to our warehouse (because of your absence or you failed to pick it up from the pick up store in time) and you would like to have it sent out another time.

Duty & Taxes

Please note that when ordering outside the EU, your local delivery duties and taxes are NOT included in the shipping costs. Please contact your local custom officials to calculate these costs for your order. All duty & taxes charged by the destination country are at the customers expense. 

Risk of Loss

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Mellowmove LDA. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Mellowmove LDA delivers these items to the carrier.
